The Big Easy and No Way Out are great thrillers of the late ’80s IMO. I think Gene was a little too hard on No Way Out.

The Fourth Protocol I have on VHS but I’ve actually never watched it. Need to find a time to do so.

Do you know if you have the show in which Gene and Roger reviewed the X-rating, Firstmagnitude?

It’s OK if you don’t. I was just wondering as the episode sounded pretty interesting.

Isn’t this the episode that S&E had a devil of a time doing the promos for?

"Sound more excited, Gene."
"Sound LESS excited, Roger."

I tell you, another great movie about the backstreets of New Orleans is "Panic in the Street" with Richard Widmark. Granted it is older but it was gritty and real, and all shot on location.

So glad to see they loved The Big Easy - I always wonder why it wasn’t a hit.

There is sound, but I muted the first minute or so because of the alert signal. The show was somewhat nipped at the end during the thumb up review section.
