What a wonderful find! Do you by any chance have the best of 1986?

Not at the moment.

And yes, this is great to see. I usually only get excited by the pre-Disney stuff, but this was pretty neat to find.

Now we have all of the "worst of" between 82 and 98.

This is rare find, everything from "Howard the Duck" to "Under the Cherry Moon". Also, a rare moment of not showing a clip or a still frame of "King Kong Lives".

Surprisingly enough, no mention of "Maximum Overdrive", "Sky Bandits", "A Fine Mess" and even "Shanghai Surprise" on this show, which they were the worst of that year, too.

Do you have the worst of 1981? If you do, then both decades are complete.

I own Extremites and Under the Cherry Moon on VHS but never watched them for some reason. They didn’t look all that bad.

Heartburn I’ve never seen and I’m probably glad I didn’t. Nora Ephron obviously got better with writing dialogue later on.

The Hitcher I love. Rutger Hauer I thought played a true creep in the movie and I love the tension between him and C. Thomas Howell. One of my all-time favorite thrillers.

Howard the Duck is probably my all-time guilty pleasure, along with Road House, Red Dawn and The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. Can’t help but laugh at almost every dumb scene in the movie, including the lovemaking scene. It’s probably the prime example of a good bad movie.

Never really found the Rutger Hauer character to be that much of a Jason knockoff. And we did get The Hitcher II, and of course it was a direct-to-video sequel. Never saw it but heard it was just as bad as the remake.

Pirates looks like a very confused movie, and Revolution always looked interesting to me but just never bothered to watch it. Heard it almost killed Pacino’s career along with Author! Author!.

Three Amigos is a hit and miss with me. Parts of it are really funny and other parts of it are really dull IMO.

Thanks for the upload, Nikosvault! This episode is definitely a gem for sure!

Greatful for the new videos.

How did you get your hands on them and where did the extra server space come from?

I was awaiting the day when this would finally come up...now all that’s left is the Dark Crystal episode and the Howard the Duck review...then I can die happy. Thank you so...SOOOO much. I love the Worst of specials. Come to think of it, anyone have the Heaven’s Gate review?

"Howard the Duck review".

I don’t believe they ever reviewed Howard the Duck (aside from the worst of 1986 episode).

Great episode, absolutely love these worst of/best of episodes. None of their choices shocked me in the least....although out of them all, Three Amigos seems to me to be the most popular today. Never a huge fan of it myself though, Landis has done much better in his career (much worse too though!), and obviously so havethe three stars, especially Martin.

Does anyone have the episode where they review Ed Wood?

I actually didn’t think "Heartburn" was that bad (remember, Nora Ephron did co-write "Silkwood", even though that story kind of writes itself). I also think "The Hitcher" is pretty solid still holds up, and there was never anything wrong with it to begin with. I liked "Howard The Duck" when I was a kid since HBO advertised the stuffing out of it and it seemed interesting; I viewed it again a few years ago, and I still found it serviceable for passing an hour and a half.

I was SHOCKED to hear The Three Amigos on their list!

I understand it not being one of their favorites, but one of the worst?!

I agree Georgie. I can always sit down and watch Three Amigos. Enjoy it for what it is.

There was a 2007 remake with Sean Bean, but it wasn’t screened for critics! Now, that was an awful film compared with the 1986 film! And yes, there was a 2003 direct to video sequel!
