I’d been going through the episodes from 1984, and noticed that the show with TIGHTROPE isn’t uploaded. I remember it was on YouTube at one point. Also, I can’t remember if it’s the same show, but I remember reviews for RED DAWN and REVENGE OF THE NERDS. Any chance of uploading that show?

Gene’s face at 5:42 is classic and of course the McDonald’s argument is great too! Shakemilk, Shakemilk!

This is good, I haven’t seen this "less edited" version, if you will.

Thanks!

I almost peed myself during the McDonald’s sequence! Thanks so much for sharing this with us! It shows not only the rivalry, but the friendship these two great men had (even though it came through like 2 adolescent buddies giving loving shots to each other towards the end after seeming like bitchy divas at the beginning).
I can tell from this clip that although they were professional rivals, they really grew to love each other as great friends and could poke fun at each other in a healthy, friendly way.
And OMG...the banter about Protestants and such...politically incorrect these days, but so friggin’ funny!

Words alone can never express the gratitude that I had and still have for these late, great film critics. They were the best. There will be no other. Not only did they argue over movies, but they made us laugh. They are now having fun in the skies with Abbott and Costello, Laurel and Hardy, Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, Tony Randall and Jack Klugman, my father, my aunt, and my grandparents. We all miss them and we will never forget them.

Priceless! Even when these guys were profane they were classy. Another reminder of why they were so much fun to listen to, even when movies wasn’t the topic.

I don’t know why this one isn’t up, but here it is. I cleaned it up as well.
